Филип Поповски е роден на 27.11.1982 во Битола, каде што завршил основно и средно образование. Во учебната 2001/02 се запишал на Техничкиот
факултет во Битола, на насоката по графичко инженерство каде што и дипломирал во 2006 год.
Постдипломски студии завршува во 2009 год. на техничкиот факултет во Битола на насоката за графичко инженерство при што се стекнува со звањето магистер по графичко инженерство.
Во 2010 година се вработува како асистент на факултетот за графички дизајн на Меѓународен Балкански Универзитет во Скопје.
Во 2011 година се вработува како асистент на Техничкиот факултет во Битола каде што истовремено го работи својот докторски труд.
М-р Филип Поповски како млад истражувач е автор на неколку стручни трудови, од кои поголемиот дел се однесуваат на компјутерската графика и виртуелната реалност.

Filip Popovski was born on 27.11.1982 in Bitola , where he completed his primary and secondary education. In 2001/ 02 he enrolled at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Bitola , on the Graphichal Engineering department where he graduated in 2006 .
Postgraduate studies completed in 2009 at the Faculty of technical sciences in Bitola, on the graphichal engeneering department, thus acquired the title Master of Graphic Engineering .
In 2010 he was employed as an assistant on the faculty of Graphic Design at International Balkan University in Skopje .
In 2011 he was employed as an assistant at the Faculty of technical sciences in Bitola where simultaneously working his doctoral thesis .
MSc Filip Popovski as a young researcher is the author of several papers , most of which relate to computer graphics and virtual reality .
