Петре Димовски

Роден 1946 во Брод, Битолско. Дипломирал на Филолошкиот факултет – Скопје (1975). По завршување средно училиште работел во Австралија. Сега е професор во Битола.

Објавувал песни во списанија за деца и млади, а од 1971 г., кога е печатен „Расказот за слепиот коњ“ по конкурсот на „Нова Македонија“, работи на расказот, романот, монодрамата, патеписот, критиката.  Добитник е на многу награди и признанија.

Го покренал и уредува списанието „Раст“. Член е на Македонското научно друштво и Друштвото на писатели на Македонија, претседател на Битолскиот книжевен круг, зам. претседател на „Пелагонските културно – научни средби“.

Dimovski Petre

Born in 1946 in Brod- Bitola. Ggraduated from the Faculty of Philology–Skopje(1975). After completing the secondary school he worked in Australia. Now he is professor in Bitola.

He published poems in children magazines, but from 1971, when it was published „The Story for the Blind Horse“ by the contest from „Nova Makedonia“, he writes short stories, novel, mono-drama, travel writing and literary critics. Winner of many prizes and recognitions.

He initiated and is the Chief-Editor of the litarature magazine „Growth“. Member of the Macedonian Scientific Association; Macedonian Writers’ Association;  President of Bitola’s Literature Circle and Vice-President of the „Pelagonian Cultural-Scientific Gatherings“.
